01 About This Policy

Welcome to JILILUCK. These Terms and Conditions set out the requirements for using the JILILUCK platform, including the website at jililuck.quest, the JILILUCK Android and iOS apps, and the games and account services made available through them. Please read this page before registering, depositing, claiming a promotion, or placing a bet. 03 Account Registration

• You are responsible for keeping your JILILUCK username and password secure and confidential.
• Never disclose your login details or allow another person to use your account.
• You remain responsible for all activity carried out through your JILILUCK account, including activity you did not personally authorise.
• If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact JILILUCK Customer Service through Live Chat as soon as possible.

JILILUCK may decline a registration application at its discretion. Where permitted, it may do so without giving a specific reason.

04 Deposits and Payments

Available deposit options may vary according to your country of residence. Please check the Member Center for the payment methods currently available to you. Supported payment options include bank transfer and other methods displayed in the Member Center.JILILUCK supports bank transfer and other available payment solutions shown in the Member Center. Deposits are normally reflected in your balance within five minutes after confirmation, although processing times may vary.

• The minimum deposit is ₱100, or the equivalent amount shown for your selected payment option. Applicable limits will be displayed before you confirm the transaction.
• The maximum deposit is ₱49,999, or the equivalent amount. Payment gateway limits or current account settings may affect the amount available to you.
• Use only a payment account that belongs to you when making a deposit. Payments made through another person’s account may be declined or reviewed.
• Deposit availability is open 24 hours. Please use the payment options currently listed in the Member Center and follow the instructions shown for your transaction.

JILILUCK may review, reverse, or cancel a deposit where there are signs of fraud, use of an unauthorised payment account, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Any related balance or game result may also be subject to review.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are handled through the available payment gateway and the withdrawal details registered to your account. Make sure your account and payment information are accurate before submitting a request.

• Withdrawal limits apply by VIP level and per request. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Your account will show the applicable daily maximum and request limit.
• You may submit a withdrawal request from 00:05:00 to 23:29:59, Philippine Standard Time. JILILUCK processes requests within five minutes, subject to the payment gateway. Automated processing may credit funds in as fast as three seconds, depending on the third-party payment provider.
• JILILUCK may require account or payment verification before processing a withdrawal. Requests can also be affected by incorrect bank details or an abnormal payment account.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Before requesting a withdrawal, you must complete any turnover requirement linked to an accepted bonus. Only eligible real-money funds may be withdrawn.
• JILILUCK does not charge a withdrawal fee. Your payment provider may still impose its own transaction charges. Withdrawals are available only to verified account holders aged 21 and above, and all participation should remain responsible.

06 Casino Promotions and Member Rewards

JILILUCK may introduce bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each offer comes with its own eligibility rules, wagering conditions, limits, and validity period. Claiming a promotion means that you accept those specific terms together with these general Terms.

• Wagering requirements Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal request can be made. Always review the promotion details for the exact multiplier, eligible games, minimum deposit, maximum bonus, and other conditions.
• Eligible game contributions The way a game contributes to a wagering requirement depends on the applicable promotion and its published rules. Check the relevant offer and the game window before playing, as not every game or bet may count in the same way.

• Bonus misuse JILILUCK may cancel a bonus and related promotional benefits when it finds conduct intended to misuse or bypass the offer rules. This may include multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other activity designed to avoid the stated wagering requirements.

JILILUCK may change, pause, or end a promotion without prior notice. The current offer page and its terms should be checked before claiming. Any treatment of an already claimed bonus will follow the applicable promotional rules.

07 Game rules

JILILUCK provides different game categories, including RNG, LIVE, SPORTS, FISH, and PVP. Examples in the catalogue include Super Ace, Jackpot Bingo, Mines, Crazy Time, Speed Baccarat A, and Tongits Go. RNG games use randomised outcomes, so each result is independent of previous play and no result should be treated as a promise of a future win. Participation is for adults aged 21 and above.

• Once a game result has been confirmed and recorded by the system, it is treated as final. Confirmed results cannot normally be changed or reversed, so members should review the displayed outcome and their betting record carefully.
• If a connection problem or technical interruption occurs during a round, JILILUCK will review the available game history and last confirmed state. 08 Prohibited Conduct

The conduct listed below is not allowed on JILILUCK. Any breach may lead to immediate account suspension, the removal of related balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities where required:

• Creating more than one JILILUCK account, or helping another person create an additional account.
• Submitting information that is false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading during registration or during any account verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to access JILILUCK games or services in a way that creates an unfair advantage.
• Taking advantage of any bug, glitch, technical fault, or other error affecting JILILUCK or its games. Any winnings linked to such exploitation may be cancelled.
• Working with other players to influence or manipulate game results, including in card games such as Callbreak.
• Using JILILUCK to launder money, commit fraud, or conduct any other unlawful financial activity.
• Trying to enter or use another player's JILILUCK account without that player's authorisation.
• Abusing, threatening, intimidating, or harassing JILILUCK staff or fellow players.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

JILILUCK may suspend, limit, or permanently close a player's account at its discretion. Possible reasons include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breaking any requirement or provision contained in these Terms.
• Not completing the required identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity.
• Starting a chargeback or disputing a transaction made by the player.
• Receiving a request or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Submitting a voluntary self-exclusion request.

While a JILILUCK account is suspended for investigation, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or play. JILILUCK will use the email address registered to the account to explain the suspension reason and outline any steps needed for review or resolution.

A player may request account closure at any time by contacting JILILUCK support through live chat. Any remaining real-money balance may be returned to the registered payment method after the necessary verification has been completed.
